MasterPayGlobal provides Payroll Management, HR & Compliance Advisory, and Outsourced HR Services. Specific deliverables, service scope, and obligations will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals agreed between MasterPayGlobal and the client.
Clients are responsible for:
All personal data, employment records, and business information shared with MasterPayGlobal will be handled in accordance with our Privacy & Policy. We commit to maintaining strict confidentiality and security over client and employee data.
Service fees and billing schedules shall be detailed in individual service agreements. Payments are due within the period stated on invoices issued by MasterPayGlobal. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service suspension until settlement is made.
All content, tools, reports, templates, and intellectual property developed or provided by MasterPayGlobal remain the property of MasterPayGlobal unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use such materials solely for internal business purposes.
MasterPayGlobal shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client in the preceding three (3) months for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, MasterPayGlobal does not guarantee that our digital systems, website, or portals will operate continuously or without error. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice in accordance with the notice period stated in the service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable, and MasterPayGlobal will return or destroy confidential data as per our data retention policy and applicable laws.
Certain services may involve third-party providers (e.g., banks, tax authorities, government agencies). MasterPayGlobal is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures attributable to third-party services, though we will support clients in coordinating issue resolution where possible.
MasterPayGlobal reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
